Terms of Service

Thank you for using Fluent AI Dating Keyboard, provided by Dizcode ("we", "our", or "us"), located at Moo 7 Nong Mek, Nong Han City, Udon Thani, Thailand. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Service Provider

The Fluent AI Dating Keyboard app and its Paid Service (Fluent AI Premium) are provided by Dizcode. These Terms govern your use of both the free and premium tiers of the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use this Service. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 19 and have made a purchase, you may cancel in accordance with applicable law by contacting our support team.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Fluent AI Premium is available as a Monthly or Yearly subscription, both offering:

Free-tier users receive 5 AI generations per day and access to 6 core tones. Additional generations can be unlocked by watching a rewarded ad (up to the daily ad cap).

5. Payment

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Your billing relationship is directly with Apple; we never receive or store your payment details. By subscribing, you authorise Apple to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval you selected (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.

Applicable taxes and fees are the responsibility of the user and are calculated by Apple at checkout.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Because premium access is granted immediately upon purchase, all purchases are final and non-refundable to the furthest extent permitted by law. Refund requests are subject to Apple's App Store refund policy. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partially used billing periods.

7. Changes to the Service or Pricing

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. Significant price changes will be communicated via the App Store, email, or in-app notice with reasonable advance notice, in compliance with Apple's guidelines. Temporary promotions may be introduced without prior notice.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Termination of your account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription — you must cancel separately through Apple. We are not obligated to refund subscription fees in the event of termination due to a Terms violation.

9. Restoring a Subscription

To restore a previous purchase on a new device or account, tap Restore Purchase in the app's settings. You must be signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and AI-generated outputs provided through the Service are the property of Dizcode or its licensors. You may use AI-generated replies for personal communication only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our app content without written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated replies will be accurate, appropriate, or produce any particular outcome in your dating life.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dizcode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email with reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Udon Thani, Thailand, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
