Dizcode ("we", "our", or "us") built the Fluent AI Dating Keyboard app as a Freemium app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve the Service:
- Chat screenshots & text you submit: When you use the AI reply feature, the text or image you provide is sent to our cloud functions for processing. We do not store your chat content on our servers after a reply is generated.
- Usage data: Anonymous counters (e.g., number of daily generations) stored locally on your device via App Group shared storage. These are never uploaded to our servers.
- Purchase status: Whether you hold an active subscription — cached locally on your device to gate premium features. Actual payment is handled by Apple; we never see your card details.
- Device & diagnostic data: Crash logs, OS version, and device type collected via Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics to improve stability.
- Advertising identifiers: IDFA may be used by Google AdMob to serve relevant ads to free-tier users, subject to your ATT permission choice on iOS.
- Push notification tokens: If you grant notification permission, a device token is registered with OneSignal and Firebase Messaging to send you relevant updates.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To generate AI dating replies via our backend (OpenAI-powered cloud function).
- To enforce daily generation limits and unlock premium features for subscribers.
- To serve ads to free-tier users via Google AdMob.
- To diagnose crashes and improve app performance.
- To send optional push notifications about new features or promotions.
3. Third-Party Services
The app uses third-party services that may collect information to identify you. Their respective privacy policies are linked below:

- OpenAI (AI reply generation)
- OneSignal (push notifications)
4. Photo & Camera Access
The app requests access to your photo library solely to let you select a chat screenshot for AI analysis. Images are transmitted to our cloud function over HTTPS and are not stored after the reply is returned. We never access your camera or photos without your explicit action.
5. Data Retention
Chat screenshots and text submitted for reply generation are processed in memory and deleted immediately after the AI response is returned — typically within a few seconds. We do not build profiles or databases of your conversations.
6. Cookies
The app itself does not use cookies. The web landing page (fluentkb.web.app) may use Firebase Hosting and Analytics cookies for aggregate traffic measurement only.
7. Children's Privacy
This Service is not directed at anyone under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Security
All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We use Firebase App Check to prevent unauthorized API access. While we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
9. Your Rights
Because we do not store your chat content, there is nothing to request deletion of. For any concerns about data held by our third-party providers (e.g., Firebase Analytics, AdMob), you may opt out through your iOS device settings under Privacy & Security → Tracking and by disabling personalized ads in Settings.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
